Looking for a club in Parnu - Please help :)

Hey guys, im an english man living in Parnu and would like to join a football club. I did want to play football when i was living in Viljandi but i was so busy with work i had no time.

But now i have more time so if anyone could help me, or recommend some teams i could try?

I am very unfit though so i must start gym soon, to many steffanie's pizzas and beer, not good for me
