    Tasuta jalkasärk?

    Tellisin paar nädalat tagasi eBayst jalkasärgi. Maksis 55 eurot. Hetk pärast särgi tellimist mõistsin, et tellisin valget värvi särgi asemel sinise -ajasin away ja home vormid sassi.
    Saatsin koheselt müüjale kirja, et kas ta saaks mulle sinise särgi asemel valge saata. Tuli mõne tunni pärast vastus, et no problemo, saab tehtud. Paari päeva pärast tuli mu pangakontole palautus - sain särgi eest makstud 55 eurot tagasi. Kummalisel kombel näitas mu paypali kontol, nii seda et product has been shipped kui ka seda, et the sum has been refunded.

    Täna jõudis valget värvi särk minu postkasti. Kuidas käitun?

    Tra. See särk ei ole just kõige paremas seisukorras, kuigi see tüüp claimis, et tegemist on uue särgiga.

    Fuck him. Panin särgi pessu ja jätan endale.

      Tellisin mlsstore.com-ist Orlando City SC särgi. Estimated delivery time oli 4-10 pangapäeva EU riikidesse.

      17 pangapäeva oli mööda läinud, hakkasin juba kartma, seega eile otsutasin kirjutada customer supporti.

      Vastus:

      Kuid mõni tund hiljem tuli uus e-mail:
      "Thank you for your email. We are very sorry to hear that you have not received your order and realize that your continued satisfaction is the key to our success.

      We have issued a full refund for the lost package because the items you ordered are currently out of stock. Your refund will post back to the original form of payment used during the checkout process. Please allow your financial institution 2-10 business days to release this credit back to your account.

      We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and frustration that this caused you. Nothing is more important than regaining your trust and we hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

      If we have not resolved this matter to your satisfaction, please let us know how we can be of further assistance."



      Loo puänt. Täna hommikul oli pakk postkontoris. Aega läks aga asja sai. Pea topelt kauem pidin ootama though.
      Küll aga on nad teinud juba total refundi, seega kogu särgi eest makstud raha (140 e) peaks minu skrilli kontol olema paari päeva jooksul.

        Ma tavaliselt ootan USAst tellitud kauba puhul umbes kuu aega enne kui järelpärimise teen.

          Kuuled, mul oleks ka ühte särki vaja.
          et temas tmingid man of the matchi küll ei tehta sellepärast,sest kui aus olla ega ta ju midagi väga erilist seal ei teinud,viis aint portugali poolfinaali

            Spursi fännidel kellel veel selle hooaja särke ei ole soovitaks tellida - kogu koduvormi (särkpüksidkedrad) saab €40 eest kätte.
