Guugel - Ronny Coleman...
was the Chief Deputy Director of the California Dept of Forestry and Fire Protection and the California State Fire Marshal when he wrote the book. He has since retired from that post but remains very active in the Fire Service. Chief Coleman has served in the fire service for thirty-eight years. Previously he was Fire Chief for the Cities of Fullerton and San Clemente, CA, and was the Operations Chief for the Costa Mesa Fire Dept. He has a Master of Arts Degree in Vocational Ed from Cal State Long Beach and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Cal State Fullerton. He has served in many elected positions in professional organizations, including President of International Association of Fire Chiefs; VP of International Committee for Prevention and Control of Fire. He is a frequent presenter at FDIC and Fire Rescue West. Chief Coleman is also one of the authors of our new Firefighter\'s Handbook: Essentials of Firefighting and Emergency Response.
