Algselt postitas dontastik Vaata postitustLuis Enriquel on mune küllaga suuri staare pingile jätta.

Mõistagi omad kõhklused Luisi suhtes on, sest Romat tüürides ta polnud just kuigi veenev.

Neid tühje lubadusi on piisavalt juba alla neelatud.

Tõlge:
Sanity for insanity: Luis Enrique dammit!
As a footballer Luis Enrique played almost every position. Fullback on either side of the pitch, left or right side CM, winger, mediapunta and even CF. He only lacked playing as a CB or DM. No matter what position he was in Lucho always displayed tenacity, intensity, a winning mentality and a predatory offensive drive which allowed him to score on average around 20 goals a season, in a time period when the pichichi’s scored around 25. That Luis Enrique, the one who wore the number 21 on his back, can be recognized now on the side lines. He is an all or nothing kind of coach, who demands his team to be completely on song. His teams are extremely offensive and intense. And he keeps growing in that direction. One would have thought that as he gained experience his youthful exuberance would be tempered, but Luis Enrique’s project has only become more radical with each setback. After his setback in Rome his approach became more extreme than when he started. It’s as if he can only move forward. In terms of the kind of football he wants to play Luis Enrique is ambitious and he has no problem assuming risks, so he sets goals that are not easy to reach. He wants complexity and a high performance from day one. This has made for slow starts wherever he has gone. At Barça B, when it was playing in Segunda B, in Rome, where the team initially lost and was even eliminated from the early rounds of the Europa League, and in Celta, which didn’t win at home until match day 15. Like Bielsa or Pellegrini, his projects start slow, although at Barça he will have an ace up his sleeve (Messi) to compensate for this.
The Asturian’s teams start climbing for the peak right off without stopping at any attention to the mountain refuges along the way. His idea is for his team to be the protagonist on the pitch by controlling the ball and playing in the other team’s half. Playing the ball out from the back is essential to this approach and provides a rich variety of possibilities. With two or three CBs, playing a slow build up or even playing a long ball and then laying off to the wing. The full backs play far up the pitch and close to the chalk and spend most of their time in the other team’s half. Their goal is to provide width so that the wingers can intervene in the center of the pitch. The midfield is comprised of three players, usually a DM and two CMs in staggered positions, and this is the engine room for the attack and press. Luis Enrique likes them to play near the top of the other team’s area always, the attacks push high up the pitch and the defense as well. They don’t look back much.
Because his teams are ultra-offensive and always highly involved in attack, the biggest doubts are found in the rear guard. All of his tactical and technical decisions are focused on the offensive phase and little thought is given to what could happen later. With such a high defensive line and a large number of players involved in the attack, any defensive containment requires an advantage to be generated previously by the attack in order to avoid the risk assumed by not to end up costing the team.
He has normally played with a reference in attack – Charles at Vigo and Jonathan Soriano on Barça B – but at Rome, with Totti, he showed that he is not adverse to playing with a false 9. His relationship with Rome’s captain and idol was not easy, and this is because Lucho does not make distinctions in his changing room. The team comes first. That strict discipline was one of the defining characteristics of his time with Barça B. For example, when a player was given the prize of leaving the group to train with the first team, he would lose his starting spot on the B team to a teammate who had completed all of the training sessions that week with the group. He is very demanding in day to day training, and players are penalized more for not training hard during the week than for what happens during a match. Finally, we need to mention how Luis Enrique understands a footballer. There are two important aspects to note. First of all, he gives a lot of responsibility to the player, who he sees as the main protagonist on the pitch, but always within the dynamics of the group. For him there are no finished products, only footballers capable of learning and adapting to new contexts and demands. If a certain player is not what the team needs, he works with him in whatever is necessary, bringing the player closer to the plan and the plan closer to the player. Anybody can play anywhere. Nobody is a winger, or a CM or a DM, but rather each player is what he can contribute to the team. This is the second point about how he understands a footballer: there are no positions, only qualities and areas of the pitch where those qualities are more or less necessary. So we shouldn’t be surprised to see some old faces playing in new positions.
He is coming to a team that is need of energy and motivation and he will provide that. On the pitch, during training sessions and in press conferences, Luis Enrique will put everyone on guard. He has a very direct character, and his approach to football is the same. We will have to wait and see how he responds to a difficult entorno and in his second attempt at managing a big club, but if what we are looking for is a break from the team’s current dynamic he is a perfect fit. With Lucho everything starts afresh. The calm and controlled team in hands of vertigo and risk. Not Guardiola, not Bielsa, not Paco Jémez, not Mourinho. Luis Enrique, dammit!

Nike and FC Barcelona unveil the 2014-15 home kit under the motto "Made to win"
The first team stars and future first team players reveal the new kits for next season
Nike and FC Barcelona today unveiled the new home kit for season 2014-15 season, with stars from the present first team and the future of the club uniting as the side look to the future. From the famous La Masia to the iconic Camp Nou, FC Barcelona’s footballers are synonymous for a unique playing style and philosophy for nurturing young talent to craft victory on the pitch.
As the team look to next season and future successes, FC Barcelona B-team players Sergi Samper, Edgar Ié and Jean Marie Dongou Tsafack joined established first team members to unveil the new kit.
The home kit celebrates the return of the original Blaugrana for the 2014-15 season with a bold and classic look. This distinct new design provides Barcelona fans with their most authentic and truest identity of the modern era.
Biggest changes
The home shirt features the characteristic Barcelona stripes, which are bolder and wider and with a darker tone of red and blue. It also includes a renovated and spectacular crest, and a unique relaxed blue collar with a Catalan touch, as it showcases the Senyera flag in the open v-neck –the first time the Catalan flag has appeared on the front of the club’s shirt.
Inside the back of the neck is a blue pennant tab with Barcelona’s inspirational club motto: ‘Més que un club’ (More than a club) and their foundation year of 1899. On the back of the neck is ‘Barça’ in the yellow from the Senyera and the Club’s unique font.
The new home shorts are blue with a thin red stripe along each side, while the new home socks are blue with a red band at the top and a wide red stripe of chevrons on the back. While this new kit features Nike’s signature design details, it also offers players the very latest in performance innovation, kit technology and environmental sustainability.
