Luka Modric has no plans to hand in a transfer request at Tottenham, according to his agent Nikky Vuksan.
Vuksan told BBC Sport: "I don't think he'll hand in a transfer request. He will honour his contract. "He wants to play Champions League and win trophies. The only way we can resolve this is to sit down and talk."
He added: "Luka will report today for training and will do his best, as always."
Modric met Levy on Wednesday and Spurs' chairman revealed he had made it clear that the player would not be allowed to leave the club.
"That's the end of it," Levy said. "As I said a few weeks ago there's no further discussion. He was on holiday so we've now had the conversation and he understands our position."
Vuksan insisted he wanted to avoid any acrimony with Tottenham though.
"I have never been in a situation before where a player has had to fight a club and it's not something we want to do," he said. Jonathan Woodgate has not had his contract renewed by the Club following its expiration at the end of June.
Signed from Middlesbrough, 'Woody' made 65 appearances in our colours, scoring three times. His most memorable goal, of course, came at Wembley when he netted the extra-time winner in the Carling Cup final against Chelsea in 2008.
The central defender made just one appearance last season due to injury and we wish him every success in the future.

Käigu see Modric ka p*rse. Kui tahab minna - mingu siis, ega vägisi ei saa kedagi (no tegelikult saab, aga pole mõtet) kinni hoida. Kahju ainult, et sellisesse meeskonda läheb. Ehk lüpstakse tema eest Romanilt mingi ajuvaba papp välja ja Harry suudab teha oma maagiat ning tuua mingi asise mehe tema asemele. Esimese variandina, kes teda asendada võiks tuleb meelde Lass. Cole-st on ka juttu olnud, aga viimasel ajal vaikus ja pealegi tema viimaste aegade vormi vaadates eelistakisin Lassi temale.

A keegi teab pajatada,et mis keiss vanasti oli, kui Modric spursi tuli, et kes siis tema allkirja hankimisel konkurendid olid? Ma mäletan midagi sellist,et ta nagu üldse polevat huvitet inglismaale tulekust, ammugi mingist chelseast vms ja siis oli väga üllatus kui ta ikkagi premier league'i jõudis omadega.
