Jääger got a better offer from the club in Norway he played with previously. if i remember correctly he called the contract we offered him "a joke". oh well lol

yea we haven't updated that much lately. sorry about that

also some Joel Lindpere news. hes been named as "an inactive all-star" which means that he is officially an all-star, and will be a money bonus for making the all-star team. he wont play against Manchester United though

and for some more random news on New York, we pretty much signed Rafa Marquez from Barcelona on a free too. which should allow Lindpere to play more of an attacking winger, midfielder than the box-to-box player hes been playing for us this season

I am and i think most of us in Estonia are very sad because the matches in USA are in 02.30 after midnight in our time.
Most of us are sleeping in that time.

its not all that bad. a few words aren't translated but i get most of the sentence so i can fill in the blanks

Rafa Marquez isn't official yet, but ESPN Deportes (the spanish ESPN in america) is confirming the deal. if its true, Hans Backe said Marquez would play at the bottom of a diamond 4-4-2. that should free up Lindpere to start doing his thing on the attacking end. i miss that thunderous left foot we saw against Santos and Chicago all the way back in March lol

i don't expect Marquez to play until probably the Galaxy game, if he signs this week. Backe is very, very into fitness and since hes been on vacation post-World Cup, i dont see Marquez being anywhere near 90 minutes fit. so we're gonna have to wait for more of those Joel Lindpere golasos lol
