Redknapp had banned celebrations and did not know most of his squad went to Ireland four days before their 1-0 home defeat by Wolves on 12 December.
"It's being dealt with internally," Redknapp told BBC Radio 5 live.
"We will get Saturday's game [against Blackburn] out of the way and then, believe you me, it will be sorted out."
Earlier this month, Redknapp ordered his players not to organise a party, saying they should remain focused on their bid to finish in the top four of the Premier League and qualify for the Champions League.
"I didn't know anything about the trip at all," added Redknapp.
