Striker Maido Pakk could hardly believe his luck when the ball fell to his feet within 30 seconds of taking the field in his debut. The young Estonian striker cooly dispatched the ball past the helpless FC Muurola keeper with his first touch representing AC Kajaani.
Having represented Estonia at Under 17 and Under 19 levels and playing for his home town JK Vaprus club in the Estonian premier league, Maido arrived in Finland for a trial with FC Haka and Head coach Olli Huttunen (a son of Kajaani) recommended the young footballer to the care of AC Kajaani to gain experience living and playing football in Finland. Maido will want to build his reputation in Finland from day one.
