Juba umbes 2007 lükati käima projekt Cittadella (treeningkeskus + staadion+ ostukeskus jne.), millest isegi ägedad pildid tehtud, aga seoses erimeelsustega Firenze linnaviletsusega, see projekt 2010 külmutati. Kümnetest projektidest ja ideedest näivad olevat kõige reaalsemad hetkel Atalanta, Verona, Fiorentina ja Udinese ehitustööd, kus klubid on linnalt rohelise tule saanud. Udil vist on minirenoveerimine juba töös (40k pealt lükatakse staadion 25k peale ja rahaliselt peaks ehituse ühe Alexis Sancheze müügiga tasa tegema).
