Ise olen vägagi ta kinjaalsust austanud just tänu varajasele Blurile ja Good, Bad & Queenile. Aga mingi hetk läks ta oma projektilt projektile hüppamisega natuke oma enda peppu ära. No näiteks Gorillaz - esimene plaat oli ju tore üheks kummaliseks projektiks, aga sinna see oleks võinud ka jääda. Neli plaati? Kaua sa ikka seda multikavärki teed. Siis tekkis tal mingi maailmamuusikavaimustus (suuresti tänu trummar Tony Allenile) ja igast muud asjad. Siis kui Blur tagasi kokku tuli, käis suur sentimentaalsuse laks üle ja kohe oli ta jälle mingit koostööd või soolot tegemas. Et lihtsalt frustreerib. Läks jutt pikale, aga tahtsin jõuda selleni, et see uus Blur kõlab pigem nagu tema väsinud sooloteema (diskleimerina, et mulle ei meeldinud sugugi Everyday Robots näiteks).★★★★★★Kommentaar
