Angelo. I'm not an official in ETV who starts some actions against you etc. But with people who have I spoke about the matter are all convinced about copyright stuff. If ERR want they can take your video down from youtube with copyright infrigment. That tells the story. Ask Janinho in this forum who finally got account blocked.

Trust me. I know pretty well how youtube works. It is complicated. But the way you described the process - this is not a recommended way, quite opposite. Go ask youtube.

However, do you realize that it's a simple legalistic way of facing the topic? To me, it's not only a legalistic way but also narrow-minded. Formally it's all good, but they are missing a chance.
Ultimately the RdS account will get blocked probably, what was the great benefit drawn to ETV? I tell you which one was: none.

You know better than me that if this video hadn't made 200,000 clicks (it went even beyond my most rosy expectations...when Omorov trying to kill Vaśtsuk hit over 20,000 I couldn't believe my eyes!) no one would have made a big fuss about it.
This is the thing under it. Then we can cover with legal explanations.

I didn't remove the logo, the logo is there. By default, if you don't know how YouTube works, all the videos carry on a logo applied by YouTube. If you check the RdS TV account, all videos do have the logo. I wish I could move it on the left and leave ETV there, but YT doesn't let for now. If in future will happen, I am happy to move it on the other side.
I don't know how much 'ETV' is known as a logo outside Estonia. A logo comes also with a commercial appeal and, as of now, I haven't seen queues of broadcasters to have PL TV right to be really outspoken. When this will happen, I will be the first happy person thinking that ETV has managed to sell PL games abroad.

Man, you opened the Pandora's box, now you want privacy? Privacy was violated in the moment you said 'making favours' and 'stealing' and as you can see I had to involve my former Editor-in-Chief because RdS was for a year under Tere Italia.

I thank you about this however it cannot always be 'hey, nice work, lad' a pat on the back and goodbye. I'd been knocking on several doors (including ETV) and those doors have stayed closed. Why, I don't know.

I know and I do very apologize for bringing personal stuff in here, it's not my policy.
However the gentleman here works for ETV, I know who is he very well.
However enjoys (or tried to enjoy) writing anonymously from his Soccernet account shooting statements which are quite questionable.
For me the topic is over.

as musch as i know - easy one. you might consider that FA and ERR are makeing favours to you. even though you started with stealing.

Many statements here and many mistakes with them, Steiv.

First of all, I opened the 'favours drawer' on my desk and strangely it was empty. Usually when I receive a favour, I store it there to remember in order to pay back one day. Evidently someone thought was making me a favour, actually resulted in just being suddenly attentive to something they didn't care before.
Why I say that? Because if I open YouTube and search for videos about Estonian football, then I find quite many. Like this one for instance ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KPUxT_2Xuo ).
What is the problem then? Probably it didn't hit 200,000 views and so for ETV it is not a problem. So what is the level within which it is acceptable for ETV?
Obviously ETV has all the right to ask YouTube to pull it down. However it is quite evident that you should do it for each and every video that I will be able to find in YouTube from ETV. Otherwise you know what is this? This is something personal.
You might say it's not, but I hardly buy that to be honest.

'Stealing' is a big word and you should be careful in using.
If you take a look around, there are other several sources who have 'stolen' the images. They have purposedly gone on ETC website and caught the footage themselves. Additionally, they have added advertisement and this will certainly bring some money that it won't bring to RdS, stay assured.
If I shall open a pot about 'stealing' in the world of Estonian journalism, trust me, the smell coming from it will be very unpleasant.

Let me conclude with a short consideration.
These words make me simply so sad. RdS promotes actively Estonian football here and elsewhere. And I can say this happens basically and almost with no financial return (I say almost because recently we have added Google AdSense, which as of now has allowed us to buy a coffee each for next editing team meeting).

As I said, RdS has not gained a single penny from those 200,000 clicks. The return of interest on the contrary is much greater than any personal interest and jealousy at stake.

I'm Fausto Di Nella CEO @Tere Italia the old space that hosted Angelo and his Rumori di Spogliatoio in the past.

I follow the forum almost everyday but I'm a foreign so try to understand something but I don't wanna to invade other spaces... this is an exception and I'm going to explain why:

the user "meesmuiste" can't write of "favours" and "stealing" for other contents because is talking about things punished by the laws in Italy and Estonia... so I have a web-reputation with other works and if that user wants to explain to us why he is representing here 2 different media will be better.
If he wants to leave name, surname and email it would be great for me and Italian Postal Police.
The message above, of course, it will be removed in case the user don't wanna leave the info.
